Display kind and intent in Shadow Details page (and if possible, in Resource/Accounts too)

We can't see information about kind/intent in shadow details and/or resource/accounts pages.

As we now have generic synchronization and intents, this is very important to display. Either in one view (adding columns) or some sub-views/selectors to display e.g. only accounts of type "admin"; or only entitlements of some intent...
