Row height in user details (maybe on other pages) changes when hovering on row with wheel icon

1. edit user with some projections
2. hover with mouse cursor above the projections in the right part of screen. Move up and down. On rows with wheel icon (display on hovering) will the row height expand by (estimated) 1 pixel.

Probably the wheel icon is a bit higher than default row size.

This maybe occurs on other pages...
