When application server is restarted during session, some tabs stop working until logout/login

When administrator is logged in and working, and application server is restarted, some tabs stop working while other still work. E.g. Resources, Home, Roles work. Clicking on Accounts does nothing.

It's hard to assume that admin will "know" that he must logout/login to continue work when no error message is displayed.
