      Description

      The X-UA-compatible header is not case sensitive; however, it must appear in the Web page's header (the HEAD section) before all other elements, except for the TITLE element and other META elements.
      source: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-gb/en-en/library/cc817574.aspx

      head-element returned by midpoint contains two script-elements before the meta http-equiv stuff which can cause incompatible page rendering.

      Correct order can be achieved easily adding <wicket:header-items/> just after the meta tag in com\evolveum\midpoint\gui\api\page\PageBase.html

      <head>
      <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge,chrome=1" />
      <wicket:header-items/>

      please add this to master and 3.6.1
