Currently when setting up midpoint cluster, task manager configuration uses JMX to communicate some commands around cluster, e.g. start/stop scheduler on some node and so on.
This is a problem in some deployments where JMX is used for tomcat node management and creates security issue when application wants to have read/write access to JMX.
Improve implementation, get rid of JMX calls and provide new rest service that will hande such communication between nodes. We shouldn't forget forget about authentication/authorisation for this service as well.
