Shopping cart seems to load the role assignments on login and caches it

User logs in to Self-service GUI.
Meanwhile, in other session, administrator assigns some role which is also in the shopping cart, to that user.

User in self-service goes to Request role - and does not see the icon in the shopping cart role indicating that the actual role is already assigned.

User in self-service logs out and log in and shopping cart now shows icon in the shopping cart list of roles.

This would mean that shopping cart is loaded (or at least populated with current assignments) on session create.
