Approval history does not show usernames when going from work items to parent case

Approval is in progress. I'm in third stage.

I'm logged as administrator.

When going from Cases, the approval history shows usernames.

When going from Work items, the approval history shows oids.

This is NOT related to access rights, as it happens with administrator.
