Change ArchetypeType of object

Allow changing the ArchetypeType of an object, e.g. INT -> EXT employee.

I already have seen some commits regarding this.

I think the only additional requirement would be triggering an ad-hoc certification before removing the old inducements and applying the new ones. Maybe thats even already possible or planned. chris83527 what do you think?
