Report downloads across nodes

Storing the reports on the nodes seems problematic.

• Report cannot be fetched when the node that created the report goes down (quite common when using containers): Getting connection error..
• PDF reports cannot be fetched from any other than the "creator" node even if the other node is up "Could not retrieve report output file: Got 406: Not Acceptable"

Not sure if it makes sense to fix those problems while Jasper is still there or not. Introducing some kind of "meta-format" that can be stored in repository and on demand converted to text, excel, csv, pdf etc. sounds like a good idea. Or even focus on csv exclusively, but not sure if that is suitable for everyone.
