In our customers environment when we connected through any browsers, even from our laptops we were not able to work with the ace editor at all.
It seems the data were loaded, the editor was there, but even in browser devel tools resizing the ace editor area was not helping.
When we connected through the same browser to our other (devel) env. running Ubuntu 18 all was working as expected.
It is replicable, the problem it is replicable in customer's env.
We investigate further, when the editor was loading and failed with an error (attached) it was working as expected, but when it was able to load the resources and initialized without error, it was not working (attached another picture).
