midPoint Database Driver Loading Issue

We're getting a ClassNotFoundException exception when trying to use other JDBC drivers than the provided Postgres in midPoint 4.2 Resources. We've ensured the jars are added to MIDPOINT_HOME/lib and midPoint when starting up says it's looking in that directory ,but seems to never load the drivers into the classpath. We're seeing this with both the database table and scripted sql connectors.
