User-friendly matching rules in queries

      Description

      Now we need to specify matching rules in queries explicitly. E.g. when searching case-ignore property foo, we still need to specify caseIgnore matching rule in the query, regardless of the matching rule being specified in the schema already.

      Later, we would like the "system" to figure out the matching rule automatically. However, this may be tricky, e.g. for matching rules for shadows attributes (see TestDummyCaseIgnore.test501GetProtectedAccountShadow and dummy-case-ingore/resource-dummy.xml).
