Manual case management - empty target

Error description

In the case of an account creation operation on a manual system, the target name (account name) is not displayed in the work item. You can see example of this error on the attached screenshot.

Expected behavior

The work item will display the account name without a link (plain text).

Steps to reproduce the error

1. Upload attached configuration - test_manual_role.xmltest_manual_application.xml
2. Create a test user with any username.
3. Assign "test_manual_role" to user.
4. Manual case is created.
5. Open the manual case's work item.
